How to prevent my Laptop (Acer Nitro 5) from thermal, EDP/Current, power limit throttling? - AN515-5

I just bought this laptop recently (a week ago) and i've noticed my performance in games decreased. I suspected it was thermal throttling/overheating issues. So I installed XTU to monitor my CPU, turns out I had more problems on my hand than just thermal throttling, I had EDP/Current, and power limit throttling. Although idk what these terms mean but I assume that any kind of throttling of some sort isn't healthy. When my laptop was new it could clock up to 4.6Ghz now i'm only getting a 4.2Ghz capped. All so need to mention that I'm always doing long STEAM downloads every night and my system is plugged in for most of the time. I would like to know how to fix these problems so if you could please ask queries to find out whats going on i'll try get back to as soon as I can, thanks.
List of components:
i5 10300h
GTX 1650ti
8GB RAM (I don't know what type or what the speeds are)

as you have an Intel CPU it will most likely be freaking hot ;)
but download NitroSense and set FANS to MAX

However I still have two other problems that I would need to fix. Neither of them a temperature related.
