My laptop (AN515-52) is constantly dropping in cpu speeds, making games unplayable

My laptop rarely hits above 3.2ghz, mostly sticks at 2.3ghz and drops to 0.78ghz alot. This has only started happening within the last week and causes low fps and huge fps drops. This also mainly happens when playing games, and when browsing the internet the cpu comfortably runs at 3.8-4ghz. The temperatures never hit above 85 degrees and the cpu usage is never 100%.

-Open nitrosense then post that screen screenshot hereAs you can see it sticks around 85 degrees but occasionally jumps to 90degrees. It never boosted during this time, wheras with the same game and same temperatures, it did just a week ago.

Were there any windows updates that came in during the said period?

@KenyanPriest
Well your system is overheating and causing thermal throttling.
Both CPU/GPU temperature are not good.
Do you still have warranty?windows 10/11 optimization guide for gaming

Open NitroSense, no gaming or anything, leave the system idle for 15 minutes and post the screenshot.
Close and open NitroSense, no gaming, open a browser, say firefox, open youtube, and play a video for 15 minutes and post the screenshot.
I wanna check something here real quick. I faced the thermal throttling issue on my laptop too, and with a little tweak (using throttle stop) mine now barely hits high 70s. Like while doing light works like on this forum or watching videos, temps are pretty much in 30s to mid 40s.
Also, tell us the exact CPU and GPU information.

I just posted a thread on how i reduced temps on mine, try that and see if that helps.
