Does it have any difference in output If I install Dolby Atoms on my Aspire 7?

Hello, As you all know Aspire 7 doesn't have Dolby Atoms by default. If I install the Atmos app from Windows Store or Atmos Digital Plus app from other sources(It is available on the Internet), Will there be any difference in audio output? As it depends on Hardware, How a software really gets a different output? Please let me know.

    It might help if you could reveal your full ACER model number and if the hardware already supports surround sound. Jack E/NJ

    You need Win-10 64bit build18362.0 or higher to run Dolby Access.

    Acer Aspire A715-75G. Please let me know if anything needed about hardware.
