my laptop unplug and plug automatically .

when I plug in my laptop for charging and when its in between 60% -90% it unplug ( not charging ) for 7 sec and then plug ( charging ) for 35 sec and then stop charging for 7 sec and then charge for 35 sec and so on until it become like 100% it stay plug and charge .... I have formatted my windows and the same problem

    Hi @moath

    Turn off the laptop and disconnect it from the charger. Then press and hold down the power button for 30 secs to 40 secs. After that try to connect the laptop with a different charger if you have. Or else try to charge it with the same charger and check with it.

    it didn't help ..... and it still the same . do you have other solution ? or do you know where is the problem

    It could be a problem with the battery. But not sure. So that is the reason we will try to reset the battery to check.

    could the problem be from the Dc jack cable  or motherboard ?
