    1. Run Startup Repair

use Windows installation media to boot your computer,  Choose Repair your computer >Troubleshoot > Advanced > Automatic Repair.

    2. Perform System Restore

if you have created a system restore point, you could restore to previous state.

    3. Recover your PC from USB recovery drive

    1) create a USB recovery drive with the following:
    • Type recovery drive in the search box from Start menu.

    • Then click Create a recovery drive from the top result.

    • Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.

    • Choose the USB as destination and hit Next > Create.

    2) Restart and set to boot from the USB recovery drive.
    3) Select Troubleshoot and Recover from a drive. And follow the on-screen guide to reset your PC.

    4. Just Fresh Install Windows

    Good Luck.

Acer Aspire notebook with only UEFI in boot manager (no legacy boot setting), therefore no way to boot from USB.
