I had to reset my Windows 10, which also removed the Predator Sense app. So, I tried reinstalling this app from here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7983?b=1 In particular, I installed Predator Sense_Acer_3.00.3136_W10x64_A

Reinstalling finished without issues and I can now see the "PredatorSense" app in the Windows search bar. However, the Predator Sense app does not actually start when I press the Predator key on my keyboard or when I try to open the application by clicking on its icon manualy. I've seen several people with similar issues, some also unresolved. None of the fixes have worked for me. I'd be incredibly thankful for your advice.

Notes / what I have tried:

My BIOS show the correct device (Predator PH315-52), the same that is also displayed in "About this PC". So, I assume that I've installed the correct drivers since I have installed the PredatorSense drivers that appear on the acer webpage for Predator PH315-52.

Moreover, I can see that the "Predator Service" is has is "Running" and has startup type "Manual" in my Windows services as described here: https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/65589?fbclid=IwAR0XJD5OnhabyvJtI8YwnuKEOC0jCewt9aN4IeRajnVUCdAlWcW48S81-qA. I have also tried restarting it but that did not help.

Moreover, I have tried running "lodctr /R" in a command prompt as described here: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/558409/fix-for-predator-sense-failing-to-open-on-windows-10/p1 But even though the command ran successfully, the PredatorSense app still does not open.

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling it? I had the same issue recently and for some reason i cant remember how i resolved it.  It was either reinstalling or windows update that fixed it for me
