You need at least a 600W PS for the RTX 3000 I don't know what OEM PS you have in your Orion 3000? The size of the lets say  (I don't know which RTX3000 you are going to fit?) but, the "NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI" is 9.5" (242 mm) length, 4.4" (112 mm) height and it takes 2-Slot width, so check all that out if it fits and/or if you have the PS power? 

It would help to know which Orion 3000 model you have, there have been a bunch of different ones. You can open it up and measure the 2070 that's in there now, and maybe even measure how much more room there is. If your PO3 is one of the newest ones then you likely have the ATX12VO power supply, and higher power options for those aren't yet easily found, so you might have to wait for that availability before doing a GPU upgrade.

OK, the PO3-600 models have the older style ATX power supplies so a replacement is easy. The earliest models of those came with a full sized 1060 card, so I believe when you measure you should see plenty of space. Pay particular attention though to the placement of the drive tray. If there is a HDD mounted it can stick into your height envelope, requiring a shorter card. If you look at the back of your system you should see that there are three slots in the case for expansion cards, even though the motherboard only has two slots (one x16 and one x1). That allows for the extra space needed for the double side GPUs.
