Hello,

I'm keeping it simple, my Acer Aspire 5 a515-51g-5673 crashing whenever I use GPU (MX 130) like just running any application or game it just crash after few minutes following a blue screen error Usually video scheduler internal error.

 I HAVE TRIED LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!!
-CHANGING DRIVERS
-UPDATING WINDOWS
-USED DDU
-REINSTALLING WINDOWS
-UPDATING VBIOS

What should i do?

i just downgraded to 1.21 from 2.02 just to see if that solves the problem but no luck so far..

[this time my pc just froze while playing minecraft with random dots and line on the screen]

Did you try running a GPU stress test program like furmark? Monitor temp levels while running this

Sounds like a hardware issue then... is the laptop still under warranty? You might be looking at a mainboard replacement (that is, if you want the dedicated GPU)

Yeah i want but I already gave my Laptop to the service center last year. They took it for like 4 to 5 months and just changed the mainboard 3 times and it didn't solve the issue... clearly acer service in my locality is Worst then hell...i can not go through that again now i rather choose no gpu then going to the service.
Just for the information my laptop started working fine for like 6 months after i did some troubleshooting i dont know how but this September this issue appeared again randomly.
I hoping for that miracle again i guess

I've a feeling that they didn't replace the mainboard even if they say they did... If I were you and the laptop is still under warranty I'd take it back to them and run furmark then and there before accepting the laptop back. Mainboards are expensive and you've already paid for a dedicated GPU, you shouldn't have to disable it so the laptop won't die on you
