Hello, horizontal lines appear on the screen of the E5-576G-563D laptop as in the video. Lines can appear from interacting with a laptop or by itself. If you open or close the screen slightly or reboot while flickering, the flicker system disappears.

The serial number NXGU2EU004XXXX
SNID XXXX
screen model B156HTN03.8
motherboard DAZAARMB6E0 REV:E

  • Hi,
You could try the following one at a time:
    1. Reinstall the display adapter driver, go to Device manager expand Display adapters, right click the graphics card and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.
    2. Connect to an external monitor with a HDMI cable and see whether the display is better in the external monitor.
As you have mentioned the flickering stops when you move the panel, I suspect a loose display cable, try reseating it and look for any visible damage to it, if the cable is damaged, replace it.

    Thanks for the help.
There are no flickers on the external monitor, checked for VGA, HDMI.
Probably not in the drivers, I used Linux before, there was also this problem, I also reinstalled windows

Now I will look at the screen cable and send a photo

I removed the display frame, checked the screen loop for lines as described above when bending. Visually, there is no damage to the screen cable, but when you press the connection of the screen cable to the screen (in photo 1) for a split second there is just such a flicker. Also, when you press the left loop, the connection of the controller to the screen(in photo 2) for a split second appears on the entire screen flicker of another type, as if part of the screen became darker.

More than 15 hours have passed since the above steps, the display no longer flashed, but I feel that the problem remains.
  • If it happens again you could replace the cable and see whether it resolves the problem because cable is less expensive than the panel.
