Function keys only available if u reset your laptop via windows provided by acer themself. If totally reformat the main HDD, means u won't have the function key works anymore.

First, install the Intel Intel® Driver & Support Assistant for all Intel drivers and this will also tell you all the specs of your system. This will install the current and most appropriate Intel graphics and chipset drivers. Win-10 should have installed all appropriate drivers for your Aspire 5750Z. Also check "Device Manager" for any specific drivers that Win-10 hasn't installed and if there are any asterisks then get those specific drivers from the Acer Support for Aspire 5750ZWith the function key, it must be that your keyboard is faulty and needs replacing as the F keys should work.

Also, I would recommend that you update the BIOS to the latest 5750Z's the version 1.21 dated 2012/11/13 and use a reputable 2.5" SATA-3 6GB/s SSD drive and upgrade your RAM to the max of 8GB at DDR3 SDRAM-1066 MHz for the Aspire 5750Z. And another thing that I would suggest, is for you to upgrade your OEM CPU, as I've done all these upgrades to an Aspire 5750-2414 and upgraded its OEM CPU to the i5-2540M which will improve your system considerably and is the best and most appropriate/suitable CPU upgrade for these older Aspires like the 5750's, its even better than an i7 upgrade as I've tried an upgrade also to the i7-2710QE and it wasn't as quick and/or as responsive as the i5 was. You can also upgrade the WiFi only mini PCIe cad to a WiFi/BT type card of the like of the Qualcomm Atheros AR9462-AR5B22 and get the drivers from here: QUALCOMM / ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros的驅動程序) (ath-drivers.eu) and look under "Wireless Drivers" and "Bluetooth" for the Win-10 appropriate drivers for the Qualcomm Atheros AR9462-AR5B22. I've done all the above upgrades to the Aspire 5750-2414 and it made the laptop 200% quicker and more responsive to running Win-10, just a though and a bit of assistance for you. Good luck MOHITB and hope this helps, cheers.
