Acer Concept D7 - static noise in the speakers- Acer are not giving any support --

I got this laptop Acer ConceptD 7, I have a static noise in the speakers, and it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone in Acer, Support via email is also a waste of time, its a very good laptop, but the noise is not great. It's very hard to get any kind of support from Acer sadly..... Maybe its best to shop local... This laptop is 7 days old..... Sent a new email to them again.... sure i'' do the same again tomorrow....

    Which locale are you trying? I know in most, if not all, they are still in lockdown, work from home mode, and the phone system isn't nearly as efficient as it is when they're in the offices.

    Hey Jimmy, I think I got the same noise. I've send it back in order to repair and they changed the Mainboard. The noise is different, but still present.

    does it change when you plug in/out the ac adapter? my noise changes also if I give the CPU something to do.
