Hi guys,

I have read as many threads as it was possible and I still can't make my laptop to work.

Days ago I tried to boot it with no success. I am stuck in the post screen with the acer logo and the circle dots spinning. What I have done so far?
- Reloading BIOS default settings
- Reseting battery
- Restarting system 3 times to get to the System Recovery Screen (the blue one), but it takes hours to get into this screen
- I've tried to refresh
- I've tried to restore
- I've tried to reset
- I've tried to boot from a bootable USB (windows Media tool)

And after selecting any of those options, I get back to the acer screen with the circle dots and nothing happens!

Also, I have disconnected my SSD to do a new windows 10 instalation in the HDD and no success at all.

Any clue?

Well, after days trying to figure out what was the problem, I managed it today.
My HDD is damaged, even if I wasn't using it for any purpose (I only use the SSD for OS and apps) it was causing hardware conflict.
After disabling it on BIOS settings, my laptop booted normally.
I hope this can help anyone with the same problem.

After a long wait, my laptop finally got to the Recovery Troubleshooting screen and I was able to restore it to December 3 date. Still that, the system refuses to boot.
