Hey guys.
So, I just got a new 2TB SSD and cloned my old C drive to it.
Now, I want to change the Boot order to the new SSD.
I can't do it because there's no other option in Boot Tab of my BIOS except "Windows Boot Manager"
How do I change boot order then via msconfig or any other way ?
Please help me get this problem fixed.

Model - PH 317-53
BIOS Mode - UEFI
SuperVisor Password status - Set
Secure Boot - Disabled

Firstly give us more details, is your new ssd a 2.5" 2TB ssd or a new PCIe M.2 2280SS 2TB SSD? Also, don't disable "secure boot' as that is not the problem if you cloned your old boot drive.

Have you taken your old boot drive out? If not and you have both drives inside when booting, then, your PH 317-53 will always boot from your old drive and your new drive will not be recognised. Take your old boot drive out and then ONLY BOOT with your new cloned 2TB SSD boot drive! Once the system boots with your new cloned 2TB SSD boot drive then you can format your old drive.

    1. Acer Predator Helios 300 Boot from USB using Rufus.

    1. After installing Rufus simply select the ISO file from the file manager and accept all settings when the popup window appears.
    2. Select MBR partition scheme for BIOS or UEFI  and If your laptop has UEFI bios then select the other two options.
    3. For the Filesystem select NTFS  option and select if your PC has UEFI bios then select FAT32.
    4. The default Cluster size option should be selected.
    5. Make sure all three options including Quick Format, Create a Bootable disk using and Create extended labels and icon files are selected.
    6. Finally, start the process and this software will automatically format and create bootable USB flash drive.

    2. Acer Predator Helios 300 Boot from USB using Unetbootin

UNetbootin enables you to create a bootable USB drive for Live operating system for Ubuntu and other Linux distributions.
UNetbootin installs the Linux Distros ISO files for you if you want to use your own downloaded ISO file
    • To use already downloaded ISO file select the disk image option and provide the location of the file by clicking “…”.
    • After selecting the Linux Distribution or ISO file Format your USB drive as FAT32.
    • Target the USB drive on your Acer Predator Helios 300 and click on OK.
    • The process will automatically start and in case the installation doesn’t complete you can reformat USB as FAT32.
