Any Secret to Actually Contacting Capital Data, Inc. for Parts/Repair

Greetings-

I was referred to Capital Data Inc. to purchase a monitor stand for the Predator X35.  Not sure if I'm an outlier, but I have had 0% success of getting a hold of, or a response from, anyone who works there. I would think that the "official" provider of these services would be more responsive.  Anyone have experience with them and how best to get them to respond to requests?

    i shipped my Acer laptop per Acer for repair. Brian the owner has closed his doors, out of business.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. A shame that he did not advise his customers where or how to get their computers sent back to their owners. The form is a waste of time. Lansing Michigan says they should have made contact with Acer, all owners and updated their site. Acer has no knowledge of this so don't bother calling them. If you have any items at Cap Data your XXXXXX.
