My laptop frequently started to freeze(quite some time) when i was gaming and i need to force shut down my laptop as i cant do anything about it even the task manager cant be opened and windows bar wouldnt be effective. Also, i did not get the fps that i should get while playing games such as battlefield 5 which i only get around 50fps at high and mid settings and far cry 5 which i only get also 50fps at high and mid settings which sometimes drop to 40fps. Then, the temperature of my cpu when i startup my laptop is quite high as it goes around 70-89 degree and take quite some time to cool down the temperature to 60 degree... So im hoping if anyone has the same problems or have any knowledge and tips could give me any ideas on how should i handle this towards this problem.. Thanks

Plus, when i play gta 5, and i opened the xbox game bar, the cpu usage is at 100% and gpu usage is only between 25-35%... Which in the game whenever i went to the city, it drops to 38fps(+-), my temp during playing is at 95°c

Your CPU temperature going more than 90°C this not normal.
(You will face huge fps drop randomly when your cpu temperature goes to 90°C or near)
In this case your CPU with not allow your GPU to work with full potential.

    Do you still have warranty?

I still have warranty for another year, does the warranty in the acer page still usable?

Your laptop temperature limit is 89°C means when your temperature reaches 89°C-90°C system start decreasing GPU/CPU clock speed(thermal throttling)to protect your components.
At that time you experience low fps,lag and shuttering in games.
In this case, don't play games it may damage your system

You are under warranty take advantage to it
Acer engineer will clean your laptop and apply new thermal paste so, send it to service centre
First log your case and get your case ID
Get in touch with acer costumer care in your region for that

(They will ask your address, serial number etc to log your case)
