Hello Acer Community!
This is my first forum post. My Spin 1 SP111-33 will no longer charge and I was wondering if I could get some help with the community.PS: I have tested the charger, and it says it is still working, so it can't be that.
Does anyone think they know any way I can get my Acer Spin 1 to work?

It doesn't look like the SP111-33 has a battery reset switch, so a reset involves taking the system apart enough to disconnect the battery. Assuming the battery is good you can usually get things working again by resetting the battery parameters. Disconnect the battery, press and hold power for 30 seconds, let it sit for a half hour or so, then reassemble. Plug the charger in and wait for it to indicate a full charge before turning it back on.

I'm glad it worked! Usually it does, but we do see instances where there's something else wrong...
