Hello
Recently i’ve bought a brand new acer nitro 5 an515-55 full specs with an i7 10th gen and rtx2060.
Overall, I’d say it is the best notebook for that price that I got mine. But I noticed a very strange thing. When I am using it for web surffing or online classes CPU is about 40 degrees only on battery and it is very quite. But when I plug in the AC after 1-2 minutes CPU temperature jumps from 40 to 80 degrees and after that its going down to 60 and stays there, so it is becoming noisy and quite hot even if I do nothing on it. Ok, when I play I got used to the fan noises, but not when I want to read some information on wikipedia. Fans rpm is about 3500-4000 when it is plugged in. And when I unplug the notebook, it becomes again quite and cold. And also I noticed that when I change the keybord rgb light colour or just simply turn it on, for a moment CPU temperature climbs up to 80 degrees and then is going down. Maybe thats normal, or maybe not, please let me know and if it is possible help me with this issue. I am sure that is something about software and my small brain does not want to give me an idea what I have to do. I have not changed any power options through control panel. Everything is on default except some options in NVIDIA control panel, but I think this is not the source of the problem.
Thank you.

    Hello,

Look like there is some apps running in the background I suggest you to try check the temperature without any apps running and if it persists I recommend to contact Acer support.
