I do suspect Acer did a bad job in applying thermal paste, I've just took my Predator for servicing today (Which also includes replacing the thermal paste). When the technician opened up the laptop, I could tell Acer didn't apply sufficient amount of thermal paste. Although my Predator never overheats before replacing the thermal paste, but I still feel like replacing the thermal paste since it has not been replaced since when the previous owner purchased it. Try going to a local technician to ask them to assist you in replacing the thermal paste. My idle temp for my CPU is now 40 ℃ and GPU is 37℃

If something isn't broke, don't meddle with it.
Your idle temps are good, and you mentioned it does not overheat. Leave it as it is.
