Why do Acer PCs open slowly?

I bought Acer Nitro 50 i59400f/8gb/1TB HDD 4 months ago for my 10 year old.
I am using windows 10 pro. It was opening very slowly. Therefore, I bought a new NVME SSD 256 gb (kingston A2000) where I installed the system. Although, there are not many programs (especally used for online learning--> office, teams etc. ), it opens in 22-24 seconds. I think this is too slow for an SSD.I tried to install the performance BIOS updates in the Acer support center but PC crashed and I loaded the default settings.
Then I bought a new Acer AIO (I3 1005g1/8gb/256 Ssd/21.5"). I don't know why I bought it. It also opens in more than 20 seconds.
I think there is a problem in Acer PCs. My 3 year old ASUS laptop opens in 8 second. I think, a computer with a new SSD should boot faster.

There are so many factors to look at that it's tough to diagnose remotely. When booting from cold how long does it take for the Acer splash screen to show up? How much longer before the Windows juggling balls start? How long after that to the log on prompt?

Thank you for your ansewer and sorry for my late answer.
It takes 3-4 seconds from cold to Acer logo and then 1-2 seconds for the juggling balls and they turn for 15-16 second and the Microsoft picture asking for PIn comes. It starts quickly after entering the PIN.

So the longest wait is during the juggling balls. That's when Windows is starting up, we're well past the UEFI load and POST. Take a look to see if Fast Startup is set on or off. You can also get a longer start if there are any network drives attached...

How many HDD/SSD that you have added to the PC

    My personal experience:
My PC when new with programs loaded took about less than ten seconds to the login photo, adding one HDD brought it to about 16 seconds, adding another SSD brought it to 23-25 seconds, further adding another M.2 NVMe SSD to x16 slot brought it close to half minute. If you have a type C hub with several devices connected, I'll bet it will slow down the boot up time further.

    Thank you for the answers.
It was also slow with the original 1 TB Toshiba HDD. I added one 256 gb NVME SSD Kingston A2000

Significant amount of bootup time is for the POST process, before reading from the M.2 SSD. My PC's processor is slower than yours, so I think half minute bootup time with three HDD/SSD connected is kind of normal.
How about do an experiment with it by disconnecting all the other HDD/SSD and connected USB devices, then time the boot up process. I'll bet that will shorten the boot up time significantly ( not just the first reboot, shutdown and boot up again twice).
