So I've been using an Aspire 7 (A715-72G-74ZB) for over half a year now. Everything worked fine, no worries whatsoever.
Then last week, I left my PC on for a few hours by accident and did something else in the meanwhile. When I came back it asked me to sign into my microsoft account again and create a windows hello pin, even though I already had one which I just never used. After that incident everything worked fine, until I started my PC a few days ago and it didn't let me use the fingerprint scanner. I went to settings and there it basically says "no windows hello-compatible fingerprint scanner found".
The only thing I did to my settings was a windows update sometimes last week.

Anything I could try to fix that?
