Start up Applications (Aspire XC-895)

Every time I start my computer (Aspire XC-895) I get a message from Acer Care Center saying it booted up slowly, whether it did or not.

I open Tune up in the Care Center which shows apps at high priority, and then click on Optimize which sets most of the apps to low priority. However, on starting again I get the same message.

My computer starts from a few seconds to over a minute from the Acer screen to the login screen (Windows 10). I have only had the computer a couple of weeks and expected the start up time to get longer when I had installed additional apps, but these times vary even though I've not installed anything for a few days.

It's not too much of a problem but just annoying! Any clues?

Some applications that have portions load during the OS load will reset the priority for you, even if you ask them to drop to low.

OK thanks, but it is all of them that reset.
