We bought a batch of 20 TravelMate P215-52 laptops and within 6 months we have had at least 4 where the screws have dropped out of the bottom. This seems to start with the 2 corner screws under the screen hinge and then others subsequently drop out. This is a ridiculous situation to be in - it's not as if they are even spinning disks where there is lots of internal movement. Customer Services have said that we can purchase replacement screws!! I have argued that this is a design fault and should not be happening on a business spec laptop. Really annoyed that this should be the case and even more annoyed that CS are not taking responsibility for this.

There are 12 M2.5x7mm screws holding the case bottom on. They came from the factory with blue Loctite to hold them in place, but that doesn't hold as well after they've been removed and replaced a couple of times.
