Was there a settlement/solution for BSOD, overheating, memory management errors?

Hi, I posted 2 years ago. My laptop got BSOD errors 2 days after it was new. Then crashes would happen every week/month for 2 years. Worst computer I ever had. Not stable. I couldn't do video editing since it would randomly crash while I was AFK.  Tons of these errors below.

I never found a solution. I passed multiple memory checks, and updated drivers/BIOS before doing anything else. (I watched a youtube vid on the first things to do when you get this. So it wasn't user error, but a factory defect with the cooling, solder, or hardware.)  I could not return in time; and didnt want to pay Acer for shipping - to repair their factory defect. (I felt cheated.)

Was there ever a solution or settlement to the BSOD/ overheating errors on the Pred Helios 300, et al?  I see other people had those problems, and that Acer came out with a new model.

PS cant contact support. It is the day before warrant expires. But they are using Eastern time zone, so they say it's already the next day. (I couldnt take care of this sooner because RL issues, and I couldn't risk my harddrive.)

user77 what is you exact model if your model its an old one its possible that they had those issues that were fixed in the following models and i would advise you to probably perform a acer factory reset fresh install (if you still have the acer recovery partition intact) by pressing ALT+F10 on boot and selecting the option to not keep your files but backup everything you need first this will format the drive completely to how it was whne you got it out of the box i also advise if you have thermal issues to optimize windows/undervolt and if still need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar also clean the fans and exit airflow from debris i dnever had any issue with mine since i performed all those steps repasted and upgrade the memory and ssd and the windows virtual memory to 10gb all this in the first week i got it it has been on ac 24/7 since then almost 17months now i can play all latest games on ultra (im pretty happy with 40/60 fps on ultra cant ask much more from my gpu anyway) no issues at all you should also get bluescreen viewer and check what is exactly causing the bsods i also had bsods in most games out of the box but as i said after i optimised windows undervolted repasted upgraded ram to hyperx 32gb and the ssd to 2tb m.2 sata and overclocked the gpu never had one single issue again

Sorry, I forgot and dont see the edit button anymore. It's Predator G3-571.
And thanks for posting that info. But I dont know how to do all that, dont have the supplies, and shouldn't have to do all that. Hardware was defective when I got it factory new. It crashed on the *first day I got it (correction, not second). Then every week for 2 years. And I cant factory refresh because I have data on the HD, and dont have a backup big enough to hold it.

If you haven't installed software in HDD, try choosing "Just keep my files" while reset. Doing this won't affect the HDD data in any way.
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

user77 you can try to go with the keep my files option as @XdxD stated above but this option might not solve your issue and as you stated you cant backup your data from the os drive as you dont have space i suggest you to get some way to back it up even if its to online storage i recommend you to look at backblaze B2 cloud backup its really cheap and its what im using to backup my dedicated whm/cpanel server weekly and perform a clean install after all backed up backblaze also have pc backup software to backup everything into the cloud

PS: Also how many drives you have you should have 2 one m.2 ssd and a normal 1tb 2.5" hdd which wouldnt be affected by any windows fresh install (depends on each country and variants some only have one ssd and some only one hdd and intel optane memory which its a bit useless in my view)
