My Acer Aspire A515-52G lags when unplugged from the charger

AND i mean REALLY lag. I would understand performance slight performance drops when directly unplugged, but not to the point where it is unusable and i have to restart (which in my case I have to do everytime I unlpug my device)

    Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Compare design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible. Jack E/NJ

    Battery seems to be in decent shape. Open ControlPanel. Search 'power plan' . Click 'edit power plan' in left pane. If power plan is in balanced or performance mode, click change advanced power settings. Click processor power mgt. Click max power state. Set both on battery and plugged in to 100%. Jack E/NJ
