power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.
BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart
If still issue persist check on the graphics drivers please.

Hello, I am facing same issue on AN 515 -43. This can be possibly many reasons but I suspect issue is with temps.
By using nitro sense I determined that CPU reached around 95 degs+ when playing games such as WoW (even on minimal settings) or Crysis before PC shut down. Setting fans on max helped a bit but NB would still shut down.
I tried cleaning PC and it didn't help...

The thing that helped was - Nitro sense has 3 modes of power operation. Performance and balanced appear to do the same... but power saving mode seems to lower TDP of the Ryzen 3550H somehow. It limits it to... around 25 W I think? This lowered the temps and NB never shut down when using this mode.
I have seen someone with over 4000k posts claiming here on forums that Nitro should always be set to high performance when on AC but I don't recommend it as it just overheats...

Another thing I'm currently tinkering with is using Ryzen Controller. It's an unofficial app which allows you to control your ryzen CPU and GPU.
I have limited TDP and max temps in this app to 85 degrees and it appears to help as well. Unfortunately using both nitro sense and this app causes them to overwrite each other.

I also found no performance drops when using lower TDP options/power saver options. Quite contrary, NB performs well and doesn't throttle.
You can try this option. It costs nothing, doesn't force you to open NB...
If you have some other solutions to this please share them.

I'd also have suggestion :D for acer to add more options regarding CPU to bios - voltage - at least lower it and clock - also at least option to underclock... but I know this probably wont happen.
Also one thing... I don't think that temps over 90 degs are ok... even though CPU can operate, theoreticaly, at 100+.
