Hello guys. I have Acer e5-576g laptop. I am encountering with black screen almost 1 minute every time I turn on my laptop. I thought reason is corrupted files, I formatted my pc. It worked good for some time but problem returned again. There was no such problem until a few months ago. (i have my laptop almost 2 years)

Open ControlPanel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable'. Make sure 'fast startup' is checked. Jack E/NJ

Do you have any non-Microsoft virus scanners like Norton or McAfee running in the background? Jack E/NJ

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point'. In the box that pops up is System Protection turned on? Jack E/NJ

OK. It's probably too late and restore point already deleted if it slowed up a few months ago. But let's check for a possible restore point anyway. Click on the 'System Restore' button. Click next. Do you any restore points with a date stamp approximately when the boot process slowed up? Jack E/NJ

I don't think it can solve my problem. Because as I said above I formatted my pc because of this problem and after some time problem returned. I think it is a problem with intel graphics drivers

Yes, I know that. But a Win10 update could've caused the problem the first time, and then again a second time after you reinstalled Windows. If SystemProtection was turned on, the update would've left an automatic restore point from which to recover. Check for a restore point anyway. It may not have been deleted yet. Jack E/NJ

You don't have to try any restore point that's dated after the problem started. Only immediately before. If you can't find one, then the best way to rule in or rule out a hardware issue is to re-install the Windows version that you used a few months ago. Then if it boots fast again, make sure that System Protection is still turned on so that if it happens again, you can then see which update  is causing the slow boot problem Jack E/NJ
