Set high performance power plan from nitrosense then run userbenchmark again

Now follow these steps→
1)Right click on desktop and open nvidia control panel 
2)Click Manage 3D settings on the left and then click the Program Settings tab
3)Under Select a program to customize, click the drop-down menu and select you games.exe file or program.exe that your want to run in nvidia gaming GPU(Now add userbenchmark.exe)
4)Select High-performance NVIDIA processor in the drop-down menu under Select the preferred graphics processor for this program.
5)Click Apply (might need to scroll down to see this button also turn off power management mode or any power saving settings under feature) and then close the NVIDIA Control Panel

Follow these steps (after following below steps your all apps will run in dedicated gpu)

1. Right Click on your desktop

2. Click NVIDIA Control Panel

3. Click Manage 3D Settings on the left menu

4. Click the drop down menu for Preferred graphics processor under the Global Settings tab

5. Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the list

6. Click Apply to save your changes.

7. Now run userbenchmark
