My CPU and GPU thermals while gaming reaches 94C and 86C with coolboost Auto fan. I have seen a lot of posts and videos about thermal repaste with MX-4, Kyronaut, and others. While the temps seem to be fine immediately after the repaste as shown in those videos, there are concerns about thermal paste pumping out of CPU and GPU die after a few months of use. If anyone has repasted with these pastes, can you sir please please please confirm or deny this?

I repasted with kryonaut about 2 months ago. My temps before repaste were 96-100 on cpu and 93 on gpu with max fans. After repaste and cleaning of fans it is max on 76-80 on cpu and 67-70 on gpu. After 2 montha I havent noticed any change in the temps so the repaste has lasted till now. I think after 1 year or so only the paste starts to wear out but this can be avoided if u use high performance thermal pastes like kryoanut or arctic

That won't drastically drop your temps but changing a worn out paste will surely help you achieve lower temps and avoid thermal throttling.
I would say applying it correctly will surely drop your temps by 5 Celsius. I used MX4 on (PH315-52) and saw an improvement of about say 4~5 Celsius lower than factory paste under load and idle temps were where it get real interesting, I get about 10 Celsius drop.

Thx for the insight. How much paste did you use and how long has it been since you reapplied? Has the temps been worse since freshly reapplying it? And what r ur CPU and GPU temps under gaming load?

Thx for the reply. How much thermal paste did you use? I think my laptop (PH315-52) has paste on VRAMs as well, can u confirm this? And do I reapply paste on these as well? Again thx for the help.

It took me 7 attempts to get the right amount of paste(ofc i did many stupid things too). Finally I used a thin line on the cpu and a pea sized dot on gpu but still I think it was a bit more than needed but I had gotten fed up with the number of attempts and it is running fine(i just use fans on max and an elevated back for better airflow). As I said I did my last repaste 2 months ago and since then there has been no change in temps(no decrease too)

Okay, I think I am gonna try as well after I get sufficient answers and some courage to do so.

Its very easy just be gentle with anything u handle inside the laptop and just watch some videos to know what u find inside :)
