3D print or CNC replacement laptop case

I recently thought of replacing my busted up laptop case with a 3d printed one or with one made on a CNC machine. However it is really difficult to replicate the design on fusion 360. Does anyone know if it is possible to find the casing design files of a specific laptop model?

Likely not on this ACER users forum. Probably can find case part numbers which might provide leads with a search. How about querying the Fusion360 forums. Perhaps one of ACER's case designers use AutoDesk. Not so far-fetched as it sounds. :)    Jack E/NJ

Have you signed into and queried the autodesk or fusion360 forums yet? You might also try to contact an IT products officer at the ACER-Group to see if he or she might point you in the right direction. https://www.acer-group.com/ag/en/TW/content/home. Unlikely that anyone here on the ACER users forums would be able to get this kind of info. Jack E/NJ
