Hello
The motherboard of my acer predator Helios 300 (PH315-52) just got replaced by service center. Now problem is acer care center can not detect my SNID or SN. It appers as 00000...
I was checking driver downloads page that requires SNID, so I tried SNID detecting software given on that page and it also shows it as 000...
What should I do?

Also, turbo mode isn't working. Pressing TURBO button on keyboard does nothing. Overclocking via predator sense only slightly increase fan speed (while earlier they used to get very loud).0

Doesn't the bottom of the laptop have that information on a sticker? Make sure bios, ec, everything is up to date.

Just talked with the service center personnel, he told me he will upload serial key to the bios and turbo key will also start working after that. I will update here how it goes.0

Fizzy said:It's a long story...here's a short version: he wasn't able to upload it himself, and I didn't bother too much about it after that. But the laptop got another issue few days later (not related to the serial id) and was sent to some other service center where they again replaced the motherboard and also upload the SNID (the same one as printed on laptop).0
