So, a while back the motherboard on my old Predator laptop broke, so I'm looking to get a new one.
I believe my old model was a predator 300 g3-571, which did perfectly fine for me, the biggest issue is I always had trouble with hard drive space.
Looking for possible suggestions or recommendations.

I think the nitro models are quite similar to helios from latest gen, if you don't need a better performance and are happy with the latest helios iteration, nitro may serve you well.
If you don't mind, what exactly happened with your device? I have a g3-572, and I want it to last at least 5 years.
Nothing peaks at the same time...

Mine actually did last for around that long, the motherboard finally gave out for mine.
I'm fine with getting a similar or same model, just want more storage space

Hmmm, it's definitely cheaper, comparing it to my old kind there very similar, though I'm worried there's a catch

I've been looking at a bunch of different ones in price comparison and now I've just gotten myself confused.
I think this: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-i7-7700HQ-1060-6GB-G3-571-77QK/dp/B06Y4GZS9C is what I've used to have, but I've found a bunch of similar looking ones or some with the same G3-571 ID, along with other ones.

This has just gotten confusing for me

Cant figure out why that one is so much more when the one I Own/Posted is cheaper and better specs.... The only difference I see is the metal chassis.... maybe thats it, No catch I love my laptop and kills everything I throw at it....
