Bluetooth-connected devices cause system instability Helios 300 (PH315-51)

I am encountering serious issues when trying to use Bluetooth devices on my Predator Helios 300 (PH315-51).  I have a pair of Bose QuietComfort II headphones and a XBox One controller which I have successfully paired with my laptop.  However, when I try to play any game while these devices are connected, the audio stream to the headphones starts clipping or drops altogether.  I have also noticed this behavior when I only have the controller connected; games start hesitating and clipping after about 2-3 minutes of use.  Connecting both devices through their respective wired connections (USB cable for the controller and audio/AUX cable for the headphones) alleviates this issue.  These same devices do not exhibit these behaviors when connected to other systems or devices via Bluetooth.

To remedy this issue, I have updated the drivers for the Intel Wireless Bluetooth chipset, currently updated to version 20.30.0.3 as provided by Intel.  I have also tried removing the device from Device Manager, restarting, and allowing Windows to add the device back.  As of today, these issues still persist despite taking the troubleshooting steps.

Has anybody else encountered issues resembling mine?  If so, how did you manage to fix this problem?

Any help or ideas you can provide would be really appreciated.

Thanks!
