Hi Techsupport

I got the Acer Switch SW713-51GNP from a friend for my studies at an university.
But there is an issue with the integrated pen.

It does already write when I am above the screen (around an inch) and I cannot properly take notes.
1) What do I have to do to get the pen writting properly?
2) Where can I get/buy a pen for this surface which is compatible and with which I can take notes?

Have you tried to change the sensitivity in Windows Settings?

Hey Billsey, do you know where I can find new tips for that pen?

OK, which software are you using to take notes? With my Switch 7 the pen cursor shows up while still hovering but it doesn't draw anything until I touch.

I haven't needed to replace a tip, but other have had success with the generic tips on Amazon, you just measure yours first to make sure they are the same width and length.

I am taking my notes with OneNote2016.
Well I actually fixed the pen by now.

The issue was, that it immediately started writting or left-rightclicking on Desktop.

But I got it fixed with the following:
    - removing the tip
    - (bad for hardware) threw the pen against my wall in rage
    - tried "one last time" to write and it wrote as it did never before...

For the amazon part, thank you, I will consider this!
