Predator Helios 300 fan not working

So my story is that I sent my laptop on 27th august and on 5th of September the laptop was in the centre repair. On 28th of September I called them for the first time because I had no Idea why it takes so much to change a fan and they said that don't have the spare yet. It's 24th of October and they still have no spare to repair my laptop with a really poor team contact through emails by responding once a week, usually on Saturday. What do you guys think about it?

    i think its really hard to work right now on everything because of the ongoing pandemic, all of tech support might have delay but i think you should call for it and ask hows it going

    I called them a lot of times, they would only tell me they don't have the fan yet. I do understand the whole thing and that they have delays, but it became ridiculous, even an order from aliexpress would came faster + their team contact through email only responds once a week on Saturday, that's ***** up. The point is I sent the laptop to be repaired because I need to work on it, not to be held by them for months. Also, if the fan will arrive in 1-2 months from now on what is the point anymore.
