latest Win 10 features update failed to complete after 3 hours with using the external USB. Then try to reboot and once the "Acer" screen, it pops up Error "Please insert the external storage media and press OK".
Then tried to check Acer Community and find to Create Windows 10 installation media. Then I asked my friends to download and created a Win 10 by another USB.
I attached the USB flash drive on the Acer s1002 and restarted. However, it did not automatically boot to the USB.
Please help, my kid has to attend the Distant Learning by using this.

You need to boot into the BIOS and configure it to disable Secure Boot and turn on the boot menu key (F12). Then you can put the USB install drive on and use F12 to select the USB as boot. Once you are booted into the install image it's often easiest to just wipe the old partitions and reinstall from scratch, or you can try letting Windows do a repair. I haven't had much luck with the latter...

Hi Billsey, thanks. My keyboard seems not working anymore, I tried both F2 or F12 before. Any method to enter boot menu by tablet without keyboard?

Check to see that you don't need to use Fn-F2 instead. Worse comes to worst you can plug a USB keyboard in.
