Screen brightness issue on Predator Triton 300

Hi. I purchased the Predator Triton 300 laptop and facing an issue with the screen. I have received a defective screen that has a total of three problems: IPS glow, changing brightness automatically and noticeable screen bleeding. I have already checked whether there is a setting for adaptive lighting but this is purely the screen's backlight issue. After using a laptop one can tell that there is an issue with the brightness. I purchased this PC from a local retailer and it's been a week only. I raised this issue with the service but they have closed my case neglecting my issues and giving remark that screen bleeding is not covered under a warranty. My gaming expectations from this are already ruined. I wasn't expecting this from a premium laptop. Why can't Acer provide its own support instead of assigning third parties who can't even understand the problem?

    Again my second case ID has been closed with the same remark as last time. Horrible... HORRIBLE customer care service. I won't recommend these laptops to anyone.
