Hi,
I have ConceptD 7 and it's battery lasts for maximum 5 hours. Since my laptop has USB Type C I was wondering if it could be used for charging my laptop with Power Bank. Thank you.

We need the full model number to look that up. Should be something like CN715-xxx-xxxx

    HI Billsey,
It is ConceptD 7 CN715-71, the one with Core i7 9th Gen, 32 Gb RAM and 1 TB SSD.

OK, so the service guide says:
    USB Type-C/ Thunderbolt 3 port
    • Connects to USB devices with a USB Type-C connector. Supports Thunderbolt™ 3 and DisplayPort over USB-C displays.
    • USB 3.1 Gen 2 with transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps.
    • Supports DisplayPort™ audio/video output.
    • Compatible with Thunderbolt™ 3
    • Delivers up to 3A at 5V DC for USB charging.
No mention of supporting charging the laptop over the port, so probably doesn't support it. :( It would say something like charging with 65W 20V if it did...
