My fan almost always runs at 4200 RPM while the CPU, GPU, and system are all around 30 degrees Celsius. I tried cleaning the fan and re-installing predator sense and my power management is set to balanced instead of performance mode.
Has anybody else had this problem and did they solve it?

    Did you try custom profile for the fan speed and turning on/off cool boost?

    Is that in predator sense? The only version I can find for my laptop only has an option to turn on or off max speed.
    Its currently off and flipping it on and off again doesn't change the speed. There's no custom fan speed profile or cool boost options

    @prashpendu
    I sorta found a work around. I set it to sleep when I close the lid and changed the settings so I don't need to log in when the computer goes to sleep. It is functionally the same but a little slower when I lift the lid to go back to using the computer. I did find an article that might be the cause of the issue

    https://www.tomsguide.com/news/windows-10-has-an-annoying-new-crashing-problem-what-to-do-now

    I don't directly match to how they created the bug in the article but there are some similarities such as I am on windows 10, 4k monitor, the problem happens when the screen is turning on and off.

    Hopefully the sleep settings help you out.
    Good luck

    Hi prashpendu,

    Try to adjust the fan speed and check the status.
