okay so basically my mouse wont work, i mean, it is still working hardware wise but the firmware is broken, my mouse is the acer predator cestus 500. problem is, everytime i plug in the mouse, i can move around my cursor but none of my buttons work, plus the lights dont work as well. when i checked the app that calibrates the mouse (predator quartermaster) all the buttons are set to scroll up, even the left and right ones, when i try to calibrate them to the correct buttons, it still doesnt work and it comes back to scroll up, i dont know why this is happening, the last time i used my mouse. it was working completely fine. also, when i try to change the colors into the color i want, it automatically turns the color into black.

Orteus just to add to what @JackE said above use a software like youruninstaller ( in super mode) or similar to completely remove all leftovers attached to it including files/folders and old reg keys that might create incompatibilities then reboot and reinstall it again
