I brought this laptop around 5 months ago and have been using heavily, for programming and stuff but while playing games like GTA 4, Valorant, Assassin's Creed - Black Flag, etc. I have to experience a lot of frame drops and stuttering issues with overheating after around 15-20 minutes of gaming, even on lowest setting possible. This doesn't change irrespective of whether my laptop is on battery saver or high-performance mode. On Nitrosense it shows that my laptop is consistently between 85-90 degrees celsius even with CoolBoost on and the fans on Max speed.

Firstly - Make sure that you are using the latest AMD Radeon Adrenalin version & all your drivers are up to date.
Secondly - Open power settings & choose high performance plan. Click on change plan settings & then on Advanced power settings. Scroll down the menu & expand the Switchable Graphics option & make sure that it is set to ' Maximize Performance '.
Thirdly - Open Windows Graphic settings, choose 'Classic App' option & browse your game's exe file. After choosing it, click on otions & set the graphics preference to ' High Performance '.
Fourth - Open Radeon Software & click on the Gaming Tab. On the top right corner, click on 3 vertical dots option. Then click on Add A Game option & choose your game's exe file from the C Drive. Never choose the starting icon on the desktop. Always Launch your game from Radeon Software for best gameplay experience.
Lastly- Open Windows settings & turn Game Mode off.

Try these & let me know if it helps or you encounter any other problem.
