I had a Acer nitro ryzen 5 laptop bought in oct 2019, now in sept 2020 it stopped working . i called customer care , and they sent a engineer in a week he came and checked and told that battery is not working , and when he came to replace battery he found that the motherboard is faulted.
He told me that he will order the motherboard , and when it will come he will replace both the parts.And now its been nearly 1.5 months and there is no response, they are saying that they had ordered the part but company does not have that.Thdy are telling once it will come we will replace but since 45 days i am waiting.I am not getting how a big company like acer is missing the parts in their company.Very bad and very disappointing service from acer.
