Hi Guys!! My helios 300 2019 model Rtx 2060 seems to suddenly freeze for a second and reboots every now and then its been just 20 days since i bought it and it had rebooted 5 times... Never the temperature has been more than 70 deg for CPU or more than 65 deg for GPU... It has stopped while playing games, just browsing Internet.. Once between downloading an update.. So there is no set pattern to it... Is there any solution for this.. I have heard this happens lot in Acer predator!!

    Try the following:
    1-> clear temporary files.
    2-> Fresh install drivers from acer website.
    3-> Update windows.

    Happened the same to me in the exact ammount of time. Check doing @invador0007 comment. If that doesn't work, try releasing the static energy by turning off the laptop, press the power button for 30 secs or more, if it turns on, turn it off again and repeat pressing the power button for 30 secs or more, flip your laptop and find the pin hole, press the button of the pin hole for 15 secs or more, charge the laptop and solved!

    I have to mention that this solution is "temporal", in time the laptop will again have residual elecricity.

    Hope this helps! :)

    just remember to remove the AC adapter too, while doing power reset.
