Full on problems with this acer laptop.

It also hasn't a month since I bought this laptop. I'm fully tired with this laptop. Everyday I'm suffering with ONE NEW PROBLEM in this laptop. Last week  BLANK SCREEN Suddenly turn off without any information. This week  KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING. From Today(13-10-2020) MOUSE IS NOT WORKING. After, turn on this laptop it takes lots of time to load. After load, nothing working. Except POWER BUTTON  nothing is working. PROBLEMS ARE COMING IN THIS LAPTOP "ONE AFTER ANOTHER".  I didn't use this more than 1 hour. In 24 hrs, I use  this laptop  only an hour. But I'm facing lots of problems.

    How can you possibly use it for even one hour if the mouse and keyboard don't work?  Jack E/NJ

    Yesterday problem started with mouse. Last week saturday keyboard problem. On saturday with the help of mouse I used on screen keyboard for work. This time mouse stops working then how can i? Use it. From yesterday onwards I stopped using laptop because of this problems.

    Immediately return the machine to the vendor/seller for a refund or exchange before the vendor's returns policy period expires. If it has already expired then you will have to arrange for  ACER warranty repair service in your region by clicking on the ACER worldwide link at the bottom of this page, click your country and then support. Have your machine's serial number id (SNID) ready to enter on the warranty support page. Jack E/NJ
