Why my new Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 works extremly slow and bad in games?

Two weeks ago i bought Acer Nitro 5. In the description it was written that this is a gaming laptop and it should run all modern games at least on medium or low settings. I also watched a few video reviews of how it ran various games and checked the fps. And all was good at least for popular games like cs: go dota 2, world of tanks, etc. But this is disaster... I can't play even dota 2. I'm not even talking about the AAA games of 2018-2020. In dota 2 at high graphics settings I get 13 averege fps. This is ridiclious. My old PC have pentium g4400 3.3ghz GeForce GTX 750 Ti and 8GB Ram. And there dota 2 not only goes well at high graphics settings, but flies. But here on Acer Nitro 5 I got lags freezes and slides every few seconds. This is not gaming laptop this is calculator. I downloaded and installed radeon adrenalin 2020. I also manually installed the driver for the RX560X. Choose high performance in windows power management but nothing changed. Sometimes laptops even slow down when I work in the browser. My old laptop which was bought 5 years ago and has a weak intel core i3, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 4 GB Ram works in Dota 2 almost the same as this "gaming" laptop. So far this is my worst purchase in life. But I hope you will somehow help me resolve this issue.

It may be horizontal lines because you are getting higher fps then your screen refresh rate.

Try to→

1)Turn on V-sync (turn off this setting which it cause some input lag or very low fps, it will lock your fps to 60)

2)if you are getting any problem by turning on v-sync then you can set FPS LIMIT TO 60

I think your games is running in integrated gpu(vega 8) not in dedicated(rx560x)

Just follow these steps→

set high performance in nitrosense both AC AND BATTERY THEN CLOSE

-After setting up from nitrosense right click on battery option in taskbar and go to power option

-then go to change plan setting (right side of the high performance plan)

-Then go to change advance power settings

-Then find and expand Switchable Dynamic Graphics then expand Global Settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY

-then find amd graphics power settings then expand Amd powerplay settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY

-set maximum performance if you have this option available

after this check your games fps

after this check your games fps

I did all the things you asked me to do and now the fps is much higher. But still when I choose a game, it shows a Vega 8 video card.

Yes, now the fps is good. But there are still problems. Almost every minute for 3-5 seconds there are twitches as if the image goes frame by frame. And then everything returns to normal again.

I don't know exactly. Looks like fps drops or stuttering.

It may be horizontal lines because your getting higher fps then your screen refresh rate.

Try to→

1)Turn on V-sync (turn off this setting which it cause some input lag or very low fps, it will lock your fps to 60)

2)if you are getting any problem by turning on v-sync then you can set FPS LIMIT TO 60

actually i have the sa.me problem my game become so lagy and also in amd drive it shows my rx 560 x gpu performance is zero plz help me to solve this problem i have amd ryzen 5 rx 560x vega 8
