Ran a game, first with the Integrated Intel UHD 620 and later with the Dedicated Nvidia MX130, however on both instances, the game performed the same FPS wise. There was no frame cap and I even confirmed that on both tries they were running on respective GPUs. Why is this happening when clearly the game is suposed to perform much better on the Nvidia GPU?

    1) I played Far Cry 3 which passes the minimum required specs and got 25 fps on both GPUs. This also seems very low considering its a 2012 game and I've seen benchmarks online reach upto 45 -60 fps with the same specs and settings as mine, so thats's another problem I've been facing
    2) Nvidia driver version 27.21.14.5671

That's sounds like a generic nvidia driver, not the ACER-flavored version ? Where did you get it? Jack E/NJ

Go to this link, download, unzip and install the ACER-specific nvidia driver. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7778?b=1

Thank you. I have downloaded and installed the driver. Is there anything to do beyond this?
