Acer Aspire One Series
Dear Acer Support,
I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook. I had to do a system restore because it kept freezing so, i restored it back to the date of August 26th, 2012, but since i have done that, it will not let me login to my computer! It turns on, but when i click on the account i want to use, it instantly freezes! In the password box, the tab still blinks, but it won't let me type nor will it let me move the mouse. What can i do to get it to let me login in & type in my password so that i can use my laptop again? Please, help me! It's very important that i get it fixed.

does the kb work in dos/bios??
if you don't have any important data inside, just restore back to factory default
or try to find a windows password remove program and remove the password
