So about 2 months ago my mom bought me an Acer spin 1, After about 2 days of it being used the screen didn't turn on. I thought it was dead so I just left it on charge. It still won't turn on even tho the light is on, please help

We are going to need a bit more info... Which Spin 1 model is it? There should be a number like SP1xx-xx-xxxx. On some models the power LED and socket are on a separate card, so just the light being lit doesn't always mean there's power getting to the MB and through to the battery.

Look at the stickers on the bottom. There should be a number similar to what I suggested above. There are lots of different Spin 1 models, the 11.6 is the screen size, I believe.

Try Acer Care Center, that also has the info.

I am having the same problem.  I have the Acker Spin 14’ Ryzen 2-1. I have had it for just over a month this morning the screen went black and the power button is on but I press the power button nothing happens.

    Hi Stilltrash,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Unplug the charger.
    3. At the bottom there will be a tiny pin hole with battery sign close to it take a pin or paper clip and insert into it hold that button for 20-30 seconds. Then turn ON the unit and check.
