    Hi,
You can use Macrium reflect free program to do it, you could do it either of the following methods:
    1. Download and install Macrium Reflect , run it and create a recovery USB disk.
    2. Backup your system(current contents) to an external HDD.
    3. Replace old SSD with the new SSD.
    4. Insert the recovery USB disk, connect the external HDD.
    5. Go to BIOS and change the boot order to make USB recovery disk as the first boot device.
    6. Reboot and recover the backup image on to new SSD.
    or
Cloning the current drive to an external HDD using Macrium reflect, replace old SSD, install HDD, change the boot order to make HDD as your first boot device, use cloning method to transfer system from HDD to new SSD, once the cloning finished, remove the HDD and boot with the new SSD only.
