Yesterday my GPU Fan stopped working while I was playing. I tried restarting my Laptop and it worked again. Today, I tried playing again but it just says GPU Fan is at 0rpm in Predator Sense. Restarting doesn't do anything anymore. I need help fixing it. Also this is brand new like, 1 month old laptop, It's what makes me even more stressed out.

If its brand new, it would be better to use your warranty.
You could try reinstalling Predator Sense.
But, use your warranty while you can.

Have you checked if the fan has physically stopped spinning?
Should be followed by very high temps on GPU side, nothing running on discrete graphics should work / would crash.
Sometimes, the software could be malfunctioning.

I was about to give you some suggestions, but considering that you've only used it for a month, I scratched the idea and truly suggest you to bring it back to Acer to get it fixed. Contact Acer support via live chat or phone and explain your issue. Although it may take them a total period of 2 to 3 weeks (from the time it's shipped, fixed, and delivered back), at least you're guaranteed a repair by certified technician FOR FREE instead of you trying to figure it out on your own when you still have your warranty coverage which, depending on how skilled and careful you are, may end up voiding it.

Yes, I'm pretty sure that it's physically not working as I feel no air coming out of the back when I place my palm over it.

I'll try to bring my laptop to the store where I bought this as they are certified by Acer themselves.

Just an update for ya'll, my GPU fan started showing signs of life. It is now running but at minimal speed ( I didn't do anything to try and make it work, just happened on itself). On auto it is at 2700rpm on idle, but only 3000rpm when I try setting the fan to max
  • I would try to reset the battery:
On some models, it is necessary to turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter, press the power for 12 seconds and leave the notebook off for 20 minutes.

How will resetting the battery help my FAN to work?

AaronBrando26 if after a battery power drain described above (sometimes its software wise its just the bios that needs to be reseted and a powerdrain helps reseting everything you should also load setup defaults in the bios) the fan still physically stopped and still under warranty contact acer support asap and send it back to get it replaced
