Acer Swift 5 display, heating and low volume issues

Hi,
I am using Acer Swift 5 SF514-54T and have come across below issues. Appreciate any help in resolving.

1. Poor picture quality while using projectors using HDMI-VGA adapter. By selecting second screen only using F5 button, projector screen is better but selecting duplicate makes the projector screen blurred. Word and excel files are unreadable unless you zoom in a lot but PPT is reasonably OK with second screen only mode.
2. Laptop shuts down automatically when using google meet in presentation mode for 45 mins to 1 hour. Also battery drain is heavy while using google meet. Is it because of heating?
3. Very low volume on speakers. (Partially resolved by adding Synaptics audio utility.)

About the temperatures, download the program hwmonitor. Also, check the bios version:

Regarding audio, some users said that there is an update for the audio synaptics driver. Try to update through windows update.

1) Have you tried to update the drivers on the intel and nvidia websites? On the focus, activate this function:

2) Does this problem occur when the power adapter is connected? Have you checked temperatures with hwmonitor?

3) Disable limited output:

Thanks for the support and info.
1. This function is already active. Windows did a recent update on display driver but not sure if its the latest. The graphics card is Intel Iris plus.
2.Yes the system went to OFF mode while it was charging. First time i had connected charger when my battery was at 10%, so the system became very hot while charging. Second time i connected my charger and battery was at 100% when it happened. Sorry i didnt check temp as i didnt had the app. Also yesterday while i was doing a training in google meet sharing my screen, i opened Microsoft word and started typing. My screen started flickering when ever i typed a letter.
3. I dont see an option as given by you. Below is the option what i can see in my system.

Did updating the bios solve the heating problem? What are the temperatures displayed on the hwmonitor?

Hi,

I am not sure if it has solved the issue completely, but i did a google meet for an hour and the system didnt shut down. With the battery at 80% i plugged in the charger and the front and bottom vents were pretty hot but didnt lead to a shut down. Value from hwmonitor is pasted.

Temp was hovering around 80.. and after i shut down google meet it went to 45..

Hi All,
Just to update on high temp and system shutting down while using google meet, i found that using Microsoft Edge, system is cool and battery drain is nominal. But when connected to charger, system heat shoots up and hovers around 80 degree Celsius but system doesn't go OFF.

But i have a bigger problem now. My screen flickers and goes blank at times and images are blurred when it comes back. Will try to post as a separate post. Very disappointing while doing training and sharing my screen.
